What amazing service, I was very pleased with all the help I received after I ordered the wrong item. The item arrived the next day even though it had to be shipped to the south island. I can recommend Elive's customer support and speed or order processing.

Excellent. I placed the order yesterday morning. A short while later I checked my emails to find I had two from Elive - one saying the order had been received and the next saying it was awaiting shipping. In the afternoon I received another email to say it had been shipped. This morning, barely 24 hours after placing the order, my package arrived. I thought this was very quick as I live on South Island and was expecting it to take a little longer.

I had just received an email to say that the product had been despatched. The next thing there was a courier at the door with the package. Even more outstanding as the email came from Auckland and I live in the Wellington area. A great service.
