I really mean it when I say that this was the fastest delivery out of a number of online shops I dealt with. In addition, detailed email messages were sent outlining what is happening at every stage of the shipment. Unlike some other places it appears that this shop clearly states whether the item is in stock or not before the money is deposited.

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.
