Unbelievable service. We ordered 2 items Sunday night online, and we received them the following night. Elive told us it would be 1-3 days delivery time with us living 80 Kms out of Christchurch. I was thrilled with the service I received. First of all, I had a very helpful chat where I had a couple of queries answered on the spot and then was able to place my order for a multifunction printer. Having been advised it would arrive in two days, maybe three at the latest, I was at first a little sceptical as I live in a rural location, so was pleasantly surprised when the box with the printer appeared on my doorstep first thing in the morning exactly two days later! I have previously received the same great service when ordering printer ink cartridges in the past & will continue to order from Elive in future.
