This is an excellent buyer to deal with and I would unreservably recommend them to anyone else. I've dealt with them for a couple of years now; even when some high turn-over items out of stock for a day or two they keep you right up to date as to when they will be available/despatched and more often than not exceed those schedules. As a business person I've stopped dealing with all my other IT suppliers and get everything I need through elive.co.nz....why would you bother going anywhere else? Exceptional service and product.. the best I've ever encountered! I ordered this product yesterday afternoon and it was immediately dispatched, only to find it in our mailbox (we are on rural delivery in a remote area) the next morning. I am definitely spreading the word and will be ordering again, without hesitation. I have also had cause to enquire about different products and the response time is very quick. Good on you for offering such fantastic customer service. Very impressed.
