Fanatstic service. Ordered on the weekend. Got confirmation the order had been processed first thing Monday. Shipped same day and arrived in the South Island before lunch time. Now to set up the printer.

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.
