First time ordering with Elive. Called the 0800 number at first and was greeted almost immediately by a friendly staff member who guided me in placing an order online. After placing the order, we got email notifications along the way up until it was delivered literally within 12 hours of making the order! No doubt, this was a very good first time experience. We look forward to placing more orders.

I usually don't give all 5 stars to anything, but I really enjoyed getting software at Elive. They answered all my questions quickly and patiently. When I finally placed my order on Thursday, I mentioned I needed it by the weekend, and they expedited the order, and I got it Friday morning in Wellington. That's some great service. Thanks.

Excellent service and quality products at an awesome price! It was very easy to navigate the site and make my purchase and I was kept updated of my order status every step of the way.
