The staff member I spoke to, Michael exceeded my expectations, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The order was paid for just after 3pm on Tuesday and arrived Wednesday morning to my Northland address. Absolutely stoked with Elive, would shop with them again any day.

Have ordered from Elive previously and always been pleased with their service but had to leave a comment after recent purchase. Ordered item online but had difficulty having my credit card details accepted - twice! Thought I was going to end up with the item x2 and an escalating credit card debt but rang up and had it all sorted very quickly and efficiently. Item even arrived the following day by courier. So refreshing dealing with a company that provides friendly, helpful and efficient service. BTW the prices are very competitive as well.
