We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Placed order about 2;15pm - arrived about 10am next day in Hawkes Bay. Excellent! The Promate power bank/wireless charger is great for my needs. A well thought out and flexible piece of equipment. 2 year warranty is good though I don't really expect to use it. Definitely recommend this and Elive service.
