I would like to commend you on your VERY prompt handling of orders and the fact that I usually receive the goods by the next day, even though you ship mainly from Auckland. On the few occasions when I have had to make a warranty claim or to exchange faulty goods, Simon has been great in handling all that. I asked about a Webcam that was not listed on the site - or avaliable in NZ, and elive tracked it down and got it to me at a great price before it has even turned up at retail stores. Very pleased.
