Enquired a specific HP branded adaptor cable which was a little expensive and after our discussion, there was an alternative available substantially cheaper. Extremely helpful. Placed the order online at about 10am and was at my door 9am the next morning. The alternative they suggested works extremely well. Very happy with the service and delivery.

Email acknowledging receipt of the order was received on the same day the order was placed; despatch of item was immediate - within 1 day; emails despatched advising - firstly that the item was 'awaiting shipping' and secondly that the item had been 'shipped' and the date of shipment. The item arrived within two days of shipment, packaged extremely securely. Thanks for your efforts.
