I used PriceSpy website to find the product I needed and looked at the webpages and called many of the companys listing the Hard Drives as I had many questions, never having seen one before and not knowing much about computers and the like. One of the initial enquiry calls I made was to Elive and spoke with Michael. I was impressed with his helpfulness, easy explanations and friendly manner.
