Exceptional service! From communication when I bought my laptop right up until it was delivered (next day delivery!). They really take care of their customers especially if you are a first time customer! I love the protocol they have in place for expensive purchases and first time buyers! Excellent service! I tried to source the same product from two other online companies because they were slightly cheaper but both proved to be absolutely useless: they were OC Zone and Pc Online shop. I strongly recommend that nobody use them. I will, without a doubt, highly recommend as well as use Elive again for my online purchases. The price was very good, they had stock, the online chat function worked, they accept credit cards and the goods were delivered the next day as promised.

Very Easy purchasing online, communication was friendly and helpful. Response to email questions was quick and helpful. I really liked being able to see the status of where the purchase was at and the speed of which the information was changed to reflect this. Delivery was very quick and surprised me.
