After querying a delivery delay, I was kept informed of a courier issue and was told another item was on its way by Urgent Courier. It arrived very quickly, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I didn't hassle them to do this; they just sorted it! I bought a small ticket item, and I dare say there wasn't much profit in that transaction, but they will continue to have my support.
