Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines! I would say I am more than impressed by using Elive’s online channel. The speed and clarity of communication was outstanding. I was made aware about the progress of my order at each stage. I was also entertained for a last minute adjustment in the original order. Elive exceeded my expectations.
