Amazing customer service, I was a paranoid customer and they handled my phone calls so professionally and patiently. I ordered the Ergotron Workfit S. They guided me through the changes I wanted after I received the product. Cannot state how happy I am with the product and the people who attended my calls. Excellent service - found a PC when the one ordered elsewhere was not available - and at a lower price too!

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.
