First time buyer. The whole process was fast and efficient. Plus a friendly email from Nick to make sure I hadn't accidentally doubled up on my order. I hadn't, but good to know there are real people looking out for those things, not just a computer. I placed the two orders Sunday afternoon, and the goods arrived at my home in Auckland on Monday just after lunch. It doesn't get much better than that. Thanks, guys. I'll be back.
