I bought a new projector from Elive on Monday to replace my old Panasonic version that is getting pretty tired. Initially buying a cheaper version being the tight person that I am but after seeing the error of my ways cancelled the order. The staff were awesome and made no qualm about refunding me. Half an hour later I decided to bite the bullet and spend the extra money and go the next step up. I phoned back and placed the new order. This was 4.30 Monday. By 1pm Tuesday I had my new awesome projector. The packaging was extremely good and twice the size of the actual box containing the Projector. No way in hell was it getting damaged. I am very very pleased with Elive and will most certainly use them again

I phoned the day I deposited my money into their account to say I needed the components real fast and even though that was at 3:30 pm I had them by 6am the next morning. And the email replies were also within just a couple min of sending. Cheers thx guys :)

Such a great experience dealing with Elive, they were helpful via email, then when we placed our order on the Monday and deposited the money, we quickly got a reply that the projector was being shipped for it to arrive Tuesday morning to the South Island!! Thanks, guys, for the great service.
