I liked getting feedback on what was happening with my order. I didn't mind that it took a while (it was ordered just before the weekend) because I knew that it was being processed.

I live in the South Island, and the order was placed on Sunday. So I was very impressed to receive the item Monday afternoon, even after I changed the delivery address on Monday morning. Great communication and rapid service. Keep up the great work.
