Best company I have ever dealt with over the web, or otherwise for that matter. Email acknowledging receipt of the order was received on the same day the order was placed; despatch of item was immediate - within 1 day; emails despatched advising - firstly that the item was 'awaiting shipping' and secondly that the item had been 'shipped' and the date of shipment. The item arrived within two days of shipment, packaged extremely securely. Thanks for your efforts.

Contacted straight away when I made a mistake on the purchase, corrected soon after. Informed when status changed to awaiting shipping. Informed again when shipped. Arrived the following morning. Excellent, as I purchased it the previous afternoon!
