Company - Who is Elive.co.nz?
Elive.co.nz is one of NZ's biggest & most trusted online computer/electronic stores & have been operating since 2004. We are NZ owned & operated with our team based in our Auckland office. We ship hundreds of items each day around NZ.
Products - Are your stock levels accurate?
We ship direct from our NZ based supplier/distributors. Stock is updated daily so is very accurate however we cannot always guarantee stock quantities. If an item is low in quantity please contact us to confirm availability. If an item sells out between placing and processing your order through to the warehouse we will inform you of the situation. In this event you will have the option to back order the original item, place an order for an alternative item or request a full refund.
Products - Do you parallel import?
No. We do not parallel import any of our items. All our listed products are NZ new and are supplied through the NZ distribution channel.
Products - Do your products come with NZ warranties?
Yes. All items come with NZ warranties and are supplied through the NZ distribution channel.
Payment - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa & Mastercard, debit card, internet banking, direct deposit & cheque.
Payment - How safe is credit card payment at your store?
We use Payment Express as our payment gateway for all credit card transactions. Credit card details will be entered into a secure online payment page which offers the industry standard protection for absolute security & privacy. We will not save, nor will we be advised of your credit card details.
Payment - Why do you perform extra credit card security checks?
If you are purchasing for the first time with a credit card we may ask for additional information to verify you are the card holder. Once verified all future purchases will be processed immediately. We take credit card security seriously, and this step helps minimise fraudulent activity online.
Ordering - How do I order online?
Find the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the "add to cart" button. You will be directed to your shopping cart where you can add or delete items, keep shopping for other items or proceed to the checkout. From the checkout stage you will need to enter your details, review your order and choose your payment method.
Ordering - What happens after I place an order?
When you have completed your order you will be provided with a tax invoice on screen and will be sent a confirmation email. Once your payment has been transferred & confirmed by our staff we will process your order through to the warehouse. You will receive automated emails updating the progress of your order.
Ordering - Can I use different billing & shipping addresses?
Yes when you enter your billing details you can choose to enter a different address for shipping.
Delivery - How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on nearly all our products. A shipping charge may occur for larger/bulk items. Each product has a shipping price guide that will advise if the item qualifies for free shipping or not.
Delivery - Which courier company/service do you use?
All items are shipped on a signature courier delivery. CourierPost & NZ Couriers are our main courier service providers. For more information on shipping please click here.
Delivery - When will my order arrive?
Once we have received your payment your order will be processed. Orders processed before 3pm usually ship same day. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days.
Delivery - Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not hold stock in our Auckland offices, however depending on the item we can arrange pick up direct from our distributors warehouse. Please contact us first to arrange an order pick up.
Delivery - Can you deliver items outside of NZ?
We do not deliver outside of NZ. If you require goods to be delivered overseas you will need to arrange delivery with a freight forwarding company.
