The pre-sale online chat was quick to load and easy to use, I appreciated that I didn't have to fill out a whole bunch of form fields just to chat with someone. The person I chatted to was able to fully assist me with my enquiry. Placing an order was quick and easy. The thing I appreciated the most was the email communication that kept me fully updated with the status of my order, from received order to ready for shipping to been sent. Ordered at 12:30pm one day & the item was here at 10:30am the next day & was cheaper than the local computer store who didn't have to courier the item.
