I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.

Excellent service as usual ordered midday Thursday received midday Friday. It was nice to see Elive is packaging their goods with brown paper to cushion the product rather than bubble wrap or sealed air packaging, well done.

This was my first time dealing with Elive and it has been a great experience. The customer service is outstanding, prices are great (I saved $420 on my purchase) comparing to a retail store, shipment quick and in time and I am very satisfied with the product acquired.
