I used PriceSpy website to find the product I needed and looked at the webpages and called many of the companys listing the Hard Drives as I had many questions, never having seen one before and not knowing much about computers and the like. One of the initial enquiry calls I made was to Elive and spoke with Michael. I was impressed with his helpfulness, easy explanations and friendly manner. Over the course of 4 days I called back 3 times and each time had my questions answered in a way I understood, he pointed out options which might suit me better and was at all times patient, polite and non pushy. Quite in contrast with some other calls I made...I would definitely use Elive again and have already told a few friends of the positive experience I have had with Elive.
