I just wanted to write and say thank you for all of your help regarding the card and the refund. It was really lovely to deal with someone in customer service that actually cares about their customers - it is a refreshing and pleasant change from the norm! Thank you for all of your time, your help, and advice.

If I'm not allowed to say kickass someone better stop me. Service was above and beyond - as if free delivery within 24 hours isn't already kickass enough - I actually needed my order yesterday, so with online support we sorted a 1 hour courier and I had it in little over an hour and could get back to work and meet my deadline. Can't rate elive highly enough. Thanks.

I bought a new projector from Elive on Monday to replace my old Panasonic version that is getting pretty tired. Initially buying a cheaper version being the tight person that I am but after seeing the error of my ways cancelled the order. The staff were awesome and made no qualm about refunding me. Half an hour later I decided to bite the bullet and spend the extra money and go the next step up. I phoned back and placed the new order. This was 4.30 Monday. By 1pm Tuesday I had my new awesome projector. The packaging was extremely good and twice the size of the actual box containing the Projector. No way in hell was it getting damaged. I am very very pleased with Elive and will most certainly use them again
