This is an excellent buyer to deal with and I would unreservably recommend them to anyone else. I've dealt with them for a couple of years now; even when some high turn-over items out of stock for a day or two they keep you right up to date as to when they will be available/despatched and more often than not exceed those schedules. As a business person I've stopped dealing with all my other IT suppliers and get everything I need through elive.co.nz....why would you bother going anywhere else? Ordered the wrong version of the software, sent an e-mail, got an immediate response, "no problem, your order has been modified, no additional charge". The order arrived the next day, just what I wanted. Great service, what more can one say. Thank you, guys.
