After having a hiccup with payment methods the team behind the scenes promptly fixed the matter and helped me to continue with my purchase. They were very quick to get back to my emails and very informative of what the best thing to do was. Props to the Elive staff, made the purchase an easy one.

Had customer support with real time chat at the website which was helpfull, also was promised a 7 day return policy if the ram wasn't compatible wth my laptop. Had it arrive by courier 2 days after ordering, flawless service all round.

Great work you people at Elive. Special thanks to Connor for all his help when I rang through with my detailed enquiry. Between us we managed to work out exactly what I required. Further to that, my order was sent through and then promptly dispatched and arrived today at home, all the way to the South Island and inland to Ranfurly. To top that off, the system works!
