Our business is operational and shipping orders in accordance with COVID-19 alert level 4 status. It is important to note that all our staff are working remotely.
We can only ship orders at this time to individuals or businesses requiring essential equipment to ensure that they can stay connected, continue working, or study from home. It is your responsibility to only place an order if you fit within this criteria.
Our courier providers have stated that someone must be available at the listed address when delivery is attempted during COVID-19 Level 4 (couriers will not attempt to re-deliver and will return to sender) . All deliveries have moved to a contact-less service.
All products are dispatched directly from our NZ distribution partners. Most our distribution warehouse centres will remain open during COVID-19 alert level 4 and have implemented the correct procedures to ensure the safety of their staff and our customers.
