I ordered the printer on Tuesday and it was delivered the following morning at 0900 hrs. It is the excellent level of service that I have come to expect from Elive. Very easy to deal with and good pricing. Available quickly on the phone if you need to ask for advice or about some details.

The customer service is outstanding, prices are great (I saved $420 on my purchase) comparing to a retail store, shipment quick and in time and I am very satisfied with the product acquired. I live in the South Island, and the order was placed on Sunday. So I was very impressed to receive the item Monday afternoon, even after I changed the delivery address on Monday morning. Great communication and rapid service. Keep up the great work.
