I just wanted to write and say thank you for all of your help regarding the card and the refund. It was really lovely to deal with someone in customer service that actually cares about their customers - it is a refreshing and pleasant change from the norm! Excellent service! I tried to source the same product from two other online companies because they were slightly cheaper but both proved to be absolutely useless: they were OC Zone and Pc Online shop. I strongly recommend that nobody use them. I will, without a doubt, highly recommend as well as use Elive again for my online purchases. The price was very good, they had stock, the online chat function worked, they accept credit cards and the goods were delivered the next day as promised.
