The Network Space Max is much more than an external hard drive – it's a single storage solution for all the data spread across your home network. Store all of your media and backups in one central location for easy access by all of your networked devices. Back up multiple computers and safely share files with the fastest speeds.

Spacious and Secure
The Network Space MAX includes two large-capacity hard drives that can be configured for maximum security or maximum capacity directly from the Dashboard. If protecting your data is a priority, the security mode will ensure automatic disk mirroring – meaning all files will be stored on one disk and backed up on the other. If one drive fails, data is fully retrievable. Capacity mode gives you double the usable disk space – perfect to stock all your family photos or music.

Media Streaming to Your Devices
The Network Space Max allows you to stream music, photos, videos, and more through any computer or UPnPTM certified player or adapter (such as a PlayStation3 or Xbox). Computers with iTunes installed can also stream the music stored on the Network Space Max. Simply move files onto the Network Space Max and enable the multimedia service, then enjoy your music from any iTunes client or compatible playback device on the network.

User-Friendly Interface
Setup your Network Space Max in minutes with the easy-to-use Dashboard management utility. Switch between capacity and security modes, enable remote access, download torrents, or easily manage files, backups, and private accounts directly from your browser.

All-the-Time Access, Anywhere
The Network Space Max keeps you connected to your data, no matter where you are, with MyNAS remote access. Now it's even easier to access your Dashboard form any computer outside your home network – simply create a unique MyNAS login name directly from the Dashboard on your home computer. Whenever you need to access your data, it's as simple as entering your unique URL (mynas.lacie.com/PhillipeS) into any browser to securely log in to your Dashboard remotely. From the Dashboard, you can easily download, delete, and stream files – MyNAS gives you complete control of the data stored on your Network Space Max, from the coffee shop on the corner all the way to Timbuktu.
