The DV800 features a true 8.0 Mega Pixel CMOS sensor ideal for taking video at HD 720p resolution. With a 2.4" TFT colour display and advanced face detection technology you can clearly see and focus on your subject. Your videos are recorded in the common AVI format, so widely compatible with media players.

It also functions well as a still camera - making your photos outstandingly clear using the 16x digital zoom, and up to 20 Mega Pixel resolution through interpolation.

Four AAA Alkaline batteries allow you to record over 90 minutes of video or 150 pictures, and are easy and convenient to replace on the go. Included in the box is easy to use editing software to get your videos and photos perfect.
